The Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s 24th Anniversary Awards Dinner, themed “Developing Minds…Delivering Dreams” is scheduled for Monday, October 24, 2011 at The Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers in New York City. Proceeds from the event enable TMCF to continue its work as a critical link between students having greater access to higher education and the opportunity to become a part of a new generation of global leaders. The Awards Dinner celebrates the achievements of the country’s foremost visionaries who have used their status to impart a positive impact on the lives of these students and public Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

TMCF supports and represents nearly 300,000 students attending our 47 member schools, which include public Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs). TMCF’s work is critical to guaranteeing our country a robust and diverse pipeline to talented workers and future leaders. TMCF achieves its vision of Changing the World ... One Leader at a Time by focusing on: scholarships, capacity building & programmatic support, and public policy & advocacy.
